1 phone interview followed by two in person interviews on location. Questions were very standard. They looked for general IT skills and personality fit. They were also interested in tech projects done in college. Interviewers were quite relaxed. There is certainly a strong sense of culture in the company, and they value your fit to this culture more than anything else. They also seemed to look for a lot of energy, positivity, and general enthusiasm.
