There is a phone interview, then a technical interview, then an on-campus interview. There are also 1-2 weeks between first phone and technical interview. The interviewer is really nice as she seemed to be enjoying her job.

Rigorous interview process as it is generally in research organizations. Well planned and executed day long f2f interview process was impressive. Interesting part of the interview was the values session, where one is given random situations and asked to provide their response and reaction. With all these positives, however, the general attitude of employees there with arrogance and unhealthy competition was completely disappointing.
