Via networking I received an initial phone screen. After setting up I time with an HR representative we had an approximately 30 minute conversation. The interview was entirely qualitative, mostly centered on the question 'Why GE?.' Other questions involved descriptions of leadership experience, both on and off campus as well as why the candidate was interested in corporate finance.

Process was easy. I was referred by a current employee which helped a lot. I wasn't sure if I wanted to work here but woman in HR was nice and thought it would be a good experience. Phone interview was most behavioral questions and reviewing my resume. A few technical questions about excel skills but other than that pretty simple. Was offered a job a few days later
