I received an email inviting me for an interview because they saw my CV in LinkedIn I believe.
I scheduled an interview for 2 weeks later, it was mostly a behavioral interview that lasted for less than 1 hour. After a week I got an email that I was accepted to work with them.

It was a bit scary but I managed to make it through somehow. Standard interview questions like what is your past experience and such and such. I think if I can do it really anyone can do it.
