Single interview. Very few questions asked. Interviewer seemed unclear on what needs and expectations were. Generic questions. No discussion of values, culture, expectations. Felt like I was running the show.

Multi-step. Recruiter, manager, and panel of peers. It took around 2 months to complete and fairly straight forward. The next steps were communicated and interviewers respectful. Would try to land a role again the future.
The interview process was fair and efficient. The interviewers asked good questions and gave me a fair opportunity, although I did not receive an offer. My experience was a good one.
