Campus interview after speaking to company at a career fair. Behavioral based interview, as most are these days. Comfortable 30 minute session with an engineer. Received an offer two weeks later. The interviewer was friendly and understood how to not intimidate the interviewee to ensure they get the best answers.

I talked to the recruiters at a job fair and was directed to apply online. After a week I was contacted to set up an on-campus interview. This was the final step before an offer was made.

It took a while after I applied online to hear back. I had a phone interview only. Talked for about a hr. Was asked behavioral and some technical questions. I learned later I wasn't suppose to get any technical questions. So be prepared anyways. Heard back within a week that I got the job but acceptance time line was quick. Only had 2 days to accept.

The interview consisted of a quick greeting with the manager that I would be working with followed by some questions and chatting on a subject we both had in common.
