      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at GE

      Interview

It took a week after applying for a recruiter to get back with me and request a phone screen. The phone screen involved a few questions to get to know me and time for me to ask any questions about the program. I was told I would be contacted within a week for the next steps, but received no response. I even reached out to the recruiter after several weeks, several times, and still received no response. It was very poor business practice.

The initial phone interview was about thirty minutes in duration and covered their questions for me about military transition and my questions for them about the specifics of the program.

      Interview

I had 3 phone screens after submitting an online application. The phone screens progressed in difficulty. The first two were just to feel out my social skills and my interest in the program. The last was more in depth and delved into how I solved problems at work.
