There was a big event hiring in GE( about 350 people applying for job positions), It was a fast interview because we were a lot of people, they were looking for experimented people in several areas. The different managers of these areas ask for skills in the line of potencial employees. When they watched mi CV , they take me to the H.R. people, they made a fast interview, then two employes who work in the embbeded area ask me several questions, they found I was a good candidate. The last interview was with four specialists in the area of embbeded systems, in this step I failed because I was not well prepared.
