GE Machine Learning Specialist interview questions

I have applied the position and after an hour, I have received a phone screening invitation with technical recruiter, through their scheduling bot (self scheduling). At the scheduled time (at 9 am), the recruiter did not show up, or any message about his availability. I had sent a follow up email to the recruiter and didn't received any news at the moment (It has been a few business days already. No reason of not able to show up, no reschedule/decline, even if they have found a better candidate or not)
