Very difficult, they will ask you hard questions. They will go over your resume with a fine tooth cone. Find any and all they can and throw it at you in a way you never thought possible.

Basic questions about the employment background to determine whether the candidate has a previous experience in Warehouse environment

Interview
Interview took place via Teams with one of the Operations Manager and it was very easy in my opinion. However, I have to mention that in the last 2 years I have had many interviews and I can affirm that I have a lot of experience when it comes to interviews. The interviewer was very friendly and it was more of chat than an interview.
