Total 3 rounds. Easy. HR are not professional.
They say they will call you back and will never call back. Its suggestion that if you are rejecting any candidate, let them know that they are rejected due xyz reason so that candidates can improve themselves.

On Campus - Aptitude round followed by 3 rounds of interviews consisting of questions on resume, and guesstimates. Each round was highly variable depending on the person taking the interview
