I applied online. I interviewed at GEP (Amsterdam) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was during COVID, and the process was structured in 5 parts:
1.- Submitted my application online;
2.- Phone interview: it was actually difficult. It's not the typical call to talk about your CV and background. It was 45 minutes, and A LOT of questions: behavioral, math, small case. Key: be prepared;
3.- Online Exam: I took several assessments, and I found this one particularly difficult. I was able to get around 40 good questions in the CCAT. But this one really requires preparation. Don't underestimate it;
4.- Case Interview: +1 hour case interview. Be prepared, study about the company. Try to practice with supply chain cases. If you're not prepared, you're not going to make it (I think it's obvious);
5.- Final Interview: talking about yourself, supply chain, your experience.

Question 1
Q: Supply Chain Case for a company exploiting a natural resource
Applied in November. Multiple rounds including online assessment, HR call, language test, case study. Interviewers were professional and friendly. Overall interview process stretched a bit due to holidays. Would recommend applying.

Question 1
Normal HR questions. Case study based on a scenario in a specific industry.
Easy interview first round. On-campus interview asked a basic market sizing/profitability case. Nice interviewers.
Superday had an easy market sizing portion, easy behavioral. Standard consulting. Last case in superday was difficult, I believe it was profitability and market entry. Interviewers were willing to help you though.
Never got a response after my superday, company just totally ghosted. Would be nice to get a rejection email after doing 4 interviews but what can ya do. Liked the people but the general consensus among them seems to be that its a mid tier firm and most ppl leave after a few years. Those who stay get rewarded.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEP (Mumbai) in Oct 2024
Interview
Cases and Guesstimates were asked alongside puzzles similar to CAT level DILR questions, imp topics included - permutation and combinations , primary interviewer led. The interviewer gave me answers to all questions immediately and asked just the reasoning.
