First a Online test with aptitude qns was conducted then shortlisted people underwent a managerial interview where the main job role related qns were asked .functional interview was easier and based on shifts relocation aavailability etc, shortlisted candidates had to undergo hr interview

Question 1
They gave situational questions where i had to solve an issue as a sourcing analyst.
checked primarily if i know about the company and what they do.
no cs questions asked..only based on the job role
Round 1- Aptitude ( pretty easy )
Round 2 - Interview level 1 ( questions that test your basic understanding of the role ]
Round 3- Interview level 2 ( Questions based on a test case )
Round 4 - interview leave 3 and HR ( questions from your resume and problem solving questions followed by HR round)
The interviewer was polite and friendly throughout the interview. As it was my first interview, I was extremely nervous, which my interviewer understood and proceeded with care. The questions asked were good and can be answered with proper preparation about the role and the company. Make sure to back up whatever you say with evidence, and don't throw out loose words or sentences.

The interview almost had 3 rounds, 2 technical based on Business and the role, first round was easy. Second round was also good with more like situational + technical questions.
