First round of interview is an Personality based interview with an HR Manager over the phone. The interview can last for approximately 20 - 30minutes. I was asked questions about my experience, my key skills, my biggest work place achievements and challenges, why do I want to work for the company and what are the key experiences relevant for this position.
Second round was an interview with a Senior Manager at the office location. I was generally asked to share my experiences upto now. A case interview was provided to highlight my structured thinking and big picture thinking. Please Note: My interview was limited to the Hiring Manager's perception of the situation and he was not open to different points of view.
Third round was another case based interview with a Senior Consultant / Manager. A generic consultant based interview question was asked.
