First round was the screening of CVs, followed by that they had a test round and from the test round they shortlisted candidates for the interview round. The first round of interview consistent of HR questions, brain teasers and a a guesstimate.

The Interview Process was good and there will be 2 to 4 rounds depending on what profile or position you are applying but the HR then do not responds to your calls or emails.

There were three Interview round. First round was on your resume and your interests. Second round had a business problem faces by a company (case interview type). Third round was with the Senior Director on why you want to join and why they should hire you..so basically an HR round type.
