Well, I have been informed overtime will not get paid, and it is most likely to work over 50 hours per week. And you are suppose to pick up call from your supervisor even it is middle of night. I understand this is a salary position, but no overtime pay shows the working environment of company. I wouldn't recommend work for this company unless you are desperate.
