GFT Communications Designer interview questions

Gia, Corporate Recruiter, reached out to me about a job position at Gannett Fleming. After expressing interest, we schedule first phone interview. The phone interview asked questions to see how I handle teams, leadership and work responsibilities. We schedule second phone interview with hiring manager. I felt prepared for after going through the first phone interview. My end result I was hired as Communications Designer. Gia helped me through the whole process from beginning to end.
