Formal. Big company- expect an interview process.. However promising if you're fit for the role. Gained a lot of great experience just from the interview process, was also a great company to work for!
Pack your patience, recruiters tend to be slow and provide inaccurate information. Besides, local managers (GM, HOS, LEAD) will change their answers to your questions after you get hired. High Turnover!
