I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
Two 30 minute phone interviews followed by a case study then 3 30 minute video interviews. If you are not local, they're too cheap to fly you out. They don't even give you a video tour of the office. The manager was incompetent as he kept saying good luck with your dissertation, but I'm not in a PhD program. He clearly wasn't connecting so I'm glad not to work there. I would rather work for a company that actually reads my resume before and understands my career interests. The first 2 phone interviewers were good and the last 3 people sucked. If you have a master's degree, this probably isn't the place for you.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at GLG in Mar 2026
Interview
Started with HR screening phone call. Then did a take-home case study followed by a review interview to go over my thought process. The last round was 2 behavioral b2b interviews. Overall, a very pleasant experience with very quick turnaround and smooth communication. Each interview felt like a conversation, and all the interviewers were all very kind.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to deal with conflict?
4 round interview process: HR, case study review, 2 back to back with senior level people on behavioral/ situational. They were standard STAR method interview questions and also should understand the work GLG does.
