I interviewed at the London office in November 2017. This was the second stage of the interview, which followed the telephone screening. I met one of Head of Public Affairs, who was in London for the day. Right from the start it seemed obvious that he had several things going on that day and he wasn't really 100% in the room when interviewing me. He made me wait for 10 minutes and it seemed to me he had another interview going on at that time. He had no questions prepared, he hadn't read my CV previously, he had not a single clue of basic UK geography and asked me where my university was located (which is still a top Russell Group university). He kept checking his phone during the interview and kept interrupting my answers. He took no notes whatsoever. At the end, he rushed me out of the door, probably realising that he has another interview that he had to attend. At the end, he hasn't even bothered to send some back feedback, which I requested.
