Interview
I had a totally unnecessary phone interview with an HR person who knows literally nothing about the job and she replied back in an email saying you are not going to fit within the organization.

What do you like and what do you hate about your current job.
First round interview included introductory CV discussion, and then a role play exercise and a case study exercise.
Final round consisted of 3 interviews, and was competency based and culture based.

Interview
The first step is sending CV and Cover Letter online. Afterwards, they invite you to do a video interview. If they like you, they invite you for a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very pushy and I did not prepare at all so I was not successful. There would have been 2 more rounds of interviews with role plays and case studies before the job offer.

Interview
A smooth and fast interview process. Started with a pre-recorded video interview, followed up by first round interview with 3 senior employees and finished with a second round interview with 3 members of the management team.
