After the initial application, you fill a form, then a person from HR gets you on a screening call. The screening call instead of a chat is more about getting you to show that you know a lot about GLG and that you can think on your feet. Not the most pleasant phone interview I have had.
Afterward there is a first-stage in-person interview during which you have to go through 2 tests, a sales call test, and an information case study test. During this process, it felt like I was the only one being screened as if the company was doing me a huge favor by considering me. I also got the impression that there is a lot of pressure and micromanaging involved, which I'd rather avoid. Hence, even though I was later selected for final-stage interview, I declined and di not attend.
