I applied online and a recruiter got in touch. Besides the 2 recruiters, I spoke with 4 people in the organization (at team lead and top management levels), and there was also a case study (not even a case study, more of an online research task). The questions I was asked throughout were quite repetitive; they asked about the company business model, past experiences and behavioural questions. There were no overly tricky or unexpected questions. The overall process was a bit lengthy but still fine, and the recruiters were helpful in the process when there were tech issues with connecting to Zoom.
