I applied online. Initially, I had to take a number of online tests such as numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and personality tests. After successfully completing these tests I was invited to answer motivational questions. Then, I was invited to complete video assessment.

Interview
It was quite a fast process from online application to assessment centre which takes less than 2 weeks. Upon completing the online application, the candidates were required to complete the online test within 72 hours. I have completed mine as soon as I received the email and I got a phone call a couple hours later asking if I am available for a phone interview on the next day. The phone interview was scheduled for 1 hour but I have completed it within 45 min. Few days later, I received a phone call informing about the assessment centre.
*Since I was forced to choose an option by Glassdoor in order to get it posted, "Yes, I accepted" is indicating my acceptance to attend the assessment centre.
