- internet evaluation tests: cognitive tests, some quite simple maths / statistics (nothing scary) - internet interview (live recorded): around 5 recorded questions where you are given around a minute to prepare and 2-3 minutes to answer, somehow impersonal so probably some people might prefer it compared to a person interviewing them -assessment day: 5 stages, 2 group exercises, 1 interview, 1 role play where you and a manager change places and a presentation ( tour inside the company, friendly environment)
