Pretty much STAR format, mostly behavioral and straight forward questions: How do you deal with a challenging situation or a hard one to work person etc. people were super friendly and was interviewed in 5 rounds of 1-3 people. Something shady about the company was they were suspicious and even had difficult time to enter from entrance.. one more ethical thing that I did not like about them was: they promised to refund whatever out of pocket costs. I trusted them and filed the expenses for my trip but they never reimbursed the amount!

How do you deal with a challenging situation or a hard one to work person etc
Hirevue interview, with a set of questions to prerecord answers to, such as team work and employment history, it wasn’t the nicest process to go through as there was little feedback or any ability to speak to a real person
