Introductory interview with an HR representative via Skype. Followed by a face to face interview with the Key Account leader and the country manager. The third phase was a teleconference interview with the regional head with the key account leader and country manager present.
The third phase was particularly challenging as questions outside of the job scope were asked, I'm assuming to test strength of experience and analytical ability.
In the end the position was put on hold. Disappointing after 3 interviews and a process that was drawn out for over a month.
