The process of the interview was initially an online video interview with an automated system. The interview questions were mainly competency-based and some questions such as "Why GSK?", "Why this role?".
It starts with world of GSK which is a situational judgment test. The questions are not difficult and it’s accompanied with some data. The next stage after this is a video interview.
