The interview included behavioral, technical (Excel) aspects. It was conducted in 2022 and was about 30 minutes long I supposed. I did not remember too much details, but the interviewers was pretty nice.

Rigorous process to select high level candidates however good opportunity to learn more about the business yourself. Begins with HR department and progresses to interviews with higher level management specific to the team you will enter.
