The interview was a video one where the questions are pre-recorded - it's an akward experience as you feel like you're talking to yourself. Mainly behavioural questions regarding teamwork, leadership and dealing with conflict. The last question was more technical, apparently they have quite a large pool of those. There is a minute after each question to prepare, and the answer time is limited to 3 minutes if I remember correctly. There were only five questions in total.
