The interview itself went well but the process afterward was absolutely awful. It has now been 4 weeks since my interview, and I have still not received any feedback or even a basic update on the outcome.
I had to constantly chase the Talent department for answers, and every time I was told “next week” or “I will chase them up” - none of which ever happened. The communication was vague, unhelpful, and honestly disrespectful of my time.
Out of genuine interest in the role, I reached out to the hiring manager directly and my email was completely ignored. No honesty, no closure, no professionalism.I have never experienced such a poor and disorganised recruitment process.

A physical Interview with a two man panelist , they already had a list of prepared questions ready , a total of six situational questions were asked and three other competency based questions

Got a call from them being interested in hiring me and later on got ghosted at first with no update. Their hiring process took so long, all the interview stages took more than a month. Had to reach out to the recruiter again and again for update, absolutely waste of time. Horrible recruitment process.
