I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at GXO Logistics (Northampton, England)
Interview
Just consists of: proof of right to work, a site tour, safety induction videos and a short test based on the induction videos as well as reviving your uniform (e.g gloves boots etc)
This job was assigned by my agency. It did not required interview. I went for induction and safety training. The training itself was not difficult and trainer was very nice
