Interview
15 minute virtual square up of what I looked like. No phone screen, no group panel, very rushed. Unprofessional, informal, and no qualitative questions on the actual position more about how competitive I was. No questions about DEI whatsoever, no questions asked with scenarios of the role and responsibilities, just a back and forth cycle of how much animation and desperation can I express to want to be a customer service rep for 18 an hour
