First I uploaded my resume and basic info into my application portal on their website. I got an email inviting me to an in-person interview a week later. I interviewed at Galileo HQ in Oakland. There was a longer group session for an hour and fifteen minutes and then a fifteen minute one-on-one with a camp director. The facilitators were enthusiastic and lively--I had a great time. I only had to prepare a quick intro about myself and a teaching sample.
During my one-on-one, the camp director suggested I instead be considered for the Team Leader position because she got the gist that I would rather work more with the kids than with the more administrative stuff that summer interns do.
A week after the in-person interview, I actually got an offer for the team leader position instead of the Summer Intern.
