You go through 2 telephone assessments where questions are asked by a lady with absolutely no emotion in her voice (like a robot) The questions are to analyze your character and potential talents. If you make it through the second assessment - you're invited to meet the team. So meeting the team is basically a formality. If you can make it through the 2 assessments, Gallup mostly hires you. It's a scientific recruitment process - rather than a personal recruitment process.
