I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup in Mar 2014
Interview
Apply online and took about 2 week - ask me to do the online behavior assessment - one 1 week later, set up the phone interview.
The phone interview is the most strangest interview so far. They keep repeating the similar questions in the previous assessment like: are you a accountable people? Are you known with your responsibility? And after I said yes, they will ask me to give examples... and more examples for most of the questions. If you are going to have a phone interview at Gallup, please make sure you have enough examples.

Interview

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (Lincoln, NE)
Interview
There was first a phone interview, to go over the basic things you usually do. The second portion was an online assessment, which they use to gather your CliftonStrengths. This is also part of the piece that they use to select you for the job, which measures your fit for the culture. The final step is an in person interview over specific design/programming questions. This will differ per person. The whole process took a month or so. I took my time with the interviews, and the offer, so my experience might be elongated compared to others.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (Omaha, NE)
Interview
About 30 mins of "culture fit" type questions, standard personality questions, and review of relevant experience. The entire interview was one on one, and very pleasant. The interviewer was transparent the entire time and made sure that I was comfortable. At the end, there was about 10 minutes for questions for myself to ask the interviewer.
