Gallup Associate C# Developer interview questions

I applied for the Associate C# Developer and I have been offered the job . After the offer discussion I asked for couple of days time to think about the offer. But, I got a call saying that my offer is being pulled back. These are the reasons I heard : 1) The manager said he felt insulted when I asked for a package which I had on my mind based on my research and skills as part of negotiation - I feel there is nothing wrong in asking what i want during negotiation. 2) I have been termed as not trustworthy or not honest ,for not sharing my current package. - I said I am not comfortable sharing my current package if it is ok, as I wanted to be rated on my current skills. I strongly feel that is a valid answer and I did not want to mislead or hide information. 3) I have been termed as a 'Jumper' for wanting to leave my current employer and joining Gallup - The job description itself says 2 years experience and I have that through my current employer. I feel bad for applying and I did not expect this from an organization like Gallup.
