I applied online. I interviewed at GameChanger (New York, NY) in Sep 2022
Interview
They have you interview with the hiring manager, then do a takehome project you have one week for then they'll have you do a 3 hour interview. The interview process wasn't difficult just too long in my opinion and excessive but the interviewers were all nice.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic QA questions like how do you find a bug, what you do when you have two projects of the same priority, they'll have you do a pairing interview where they simulate an app and you have to write test cases for it
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at GameChanger (New York, NY) in Nov 2019
Interview
Behavioral/informational phone screen -> phone screen with the manager -> easy online coding challenge -> onsight interviews with a mix of easy technical and behaviorals from different teams -> onsight to meet the rest of the team.
Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. I really enjoyed the way they spoke about the company and the freedom they give employees to take agency on their own projects. The interviews were more conversational probing questions about teamwork, personality, and work philosophy. I don't think so many were needed, but they were so friendly that it wasn't a bother.
