Straight forward interview, either you're qualified or you're not. Experience is typically helped whether it's driving or security guard, and Highschool diploma/GED is required as far as the education background.

Interview
It was pretty open. I sat down and we got straight into why I wanted to work there and how I had heard of them. The hiring manager was pretty frank about the situation with the job and how having attention to detail is very important.
