Interview process was based on series of security related questions and then one on one. This led to on job training before site was allocated. No group activity was conducted. The initial short listing was probably stringent which appears to be the major block.

Overall asked about previous experience, what you would bring to the company. How you manage stress, what you look for in a job etc. overall was an enjoyable experience and not too challenging
