I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Garney Construction (Bozeman, MT) in Oct 2017
Interview
Very laid back and easy flowing with little amounts of questions. It was in a coffee shop so it was not very formal and my interviewer was late. Overall it was a good interview with a lot of company information.
Very typical video interview process, asked many technical questions , but it seems the HR organization and hiring department has disconnections, when everything goes smoothly , HR jumped in and saying the company decided to freeze all hirings.

The interview process was smooth and took about four weeks. There were three interview rounds. Communication was clear throughout, and the entire process was well-organized and professionally handled. Overall experience was great.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Garney Construction (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2024
Interview
Overall the interview process was pretty standard and they tried to really get to know me as a candidate. I recommend doing some research on Garney in order to have more of a conversation rather than typical question and answer.
