Interview
The interview was very relaxed. They more just wanted to get know who you were, Garney is looking for that certain somebody who fits in with them. It is very much a good ole' boys club.
Very typical video interview process, asked many technical questions , but it seems the HR organization and hiring department has disconnections, when everything goes smoothly , HR jumped in and saying the company decided to freeze all hirings.

The interview process was smooth and took about four weeks. There were three interview rounds. Communication was clear throughout, and the entire process was well-organized and professionally handled. Overall experience was great.

Overall the interview process was pretty standard and they tried to really get to know me as a candidate. I recommend doing some research on Garney in order to have more of a conversation rather than typical question and answer.
