I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL)

3 Rounds.
1) Phone Interview (30 Min). This was an initial screening with an HR member. Straightforward interview asking about why I wanted to work at Gartner and why this position. She asked a couple behavioral question too.
2) Phone Interview (45 min). This was the second screening with an HR member who works closely with the Hiring Manager. He asked more in depth questions about my projects and was trying to see my thought process and results.
3)Video Call with Hiring Manager and Sr. BI Analyst. (45 min). This was the final round and it was more of a conversation but still had questions asking about a time I failed at a project or times I showed leadership.
