Interview
1hr phone interview by HR staff. Felt very structured, answers needed to fulfill a script they had in front of them. Started with a strong focus on understanding of Gartner and the role, where there were clearly model answers they were looking for. Then turned into asking for personal examples which exemplified their business values (Drive, Service, Intellect, Process, People). Examples had to be very specific.
