Gartner Client Service Representative interview questions

I set up an interview with a recruiter from an online career fair, for an client service representative role. The recruiter contacted me an HOUR before my interview, only to reschedule. Otherwise, pretty fair interview. Was told she would contact me in a week, for an update. Never heard back. If this is how you treat your candidates, you will have a bad recruiting rep. Candidates deserve to hear a yes/no from a company and it doesn't take too much time to write an email.

The questions are to be answered in the star format however some of the lines of questioning do not warrant that type of answer. It seems like a lot of hot air and they do not give any weight to experience. Unfortunately they are going to have an office filled with millenials.
