Very focused on the STAR method, with a large emphasis on data, numbers, figures and so on to back up your claims. Describing the Situation or background, the Task or goal, the Action you took, and the Result or outcome.

I have been ghosted multiple times by Gartner recruiters, for this role specifically and for other various roles. I have been reached out to schedule an introductory conversation, and when responding with a few dates/times of availability, nothing. Three follow ups later, and I receive the generic email that they are moving forward in the process. No clarity, only confusion in this process.
