      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gartner in Dec 2017

      Interview

After the application online, I had to pass through three stages: - a first call of about 30 minutes with a HR recruiter; - a traits-based interview of 1 hour through WebEx based on behavioral and motivational questions and a role play with the same recruiter; - a final interview of 1 hour through WebEx with the same recruiter and two area managers, in which I was asked to deliver a presentation about 'Why me for Gartner, why me for sales'. After that, they asked me more behavioral questions and finally we did a role play for which the scenario was disclosed 24 hours in advance.

      Answer question

      Question 3

      What motivates you?
      Answer question

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gartner in Feb 2019

      Interview

After I submitted by application, I received an email confirming I had passed the first stage and the next one would consist of a phone call and some questions. Once we agreed on the day and time, the phone call only lasted about 20 minutes. The negative side, is that I asked the interviewer "What would the perfect candidate for this role be like?" And in their answer they described me and the skills I had mentioned. However, they did not take me and did not provide any feedback as to why, or what things should you ameliorate for the future (constructive feedback).
