Interview
Easy. Phone interview, hiring manager phone interview, hiring manager in person interview, role play interview with hiring manager and regional manager, offer the next day.
Overall very easy, but I've been doing this a long time and they really needed to fill the position. The final interview was a role play in which I was meeting with the "CIO" for the first time. My advice is, have an idea of what CIOs care about and in general how they think.

30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
