Three stage interview process, one phone, second with a recruitment manager, then the third with an area manager and regional VP. You will have to pass all the processes to get to the next one

They will ask you for an example of when you showed the traits they are looking for. Executive presence, will to win, and ability to afapt.
Introduction call with talent team. 2 x roleplay where you must build on feedback with panel interview and presentation of your why, goals, motivations. Roughly 4 stages across a month

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
