I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gartner (Boone, NC) in Feb 2018
Interview
i was put through an initial round of interviews where a guy talked to me purely about random stuff like what I like to do and threw in a couple of philosophical questions related to what I wanted from my career. I figure this was to see if I was a good fit trait wise.
They then had me go through an interview where they asked me all about the company and what it did and then had me do a role play.

Interview
3 interviews and role play. The process was rather long for me. I did not find the behavioral interview to be challenging. The role play was a simple 10 minute conversation about a sponsorship.
